Why am I having problems uploading photos?

Check your internet connection, a slow internet connection can often be the cause of slow uploads or web browsers crashing.
Try a different internet browser, an out of date internet browser can cause issues try updating or swapping browser, we recommend Google Chrome/Firefox.
Check the security settings on your device, computers in public places like libraries or work computers often have high security settings that prevent you from uploading images to servers.

Your image is low quality if you are receiving the following error message: The image selected is not good enough quality. Please upload a higher resolution image.
There are a range of factors that can decrease the file size, for example: downloading images from social media, taking screenshots, using Whatsapp, editing apps/websites, emailing as a small file size, using photos of hard copies of photos or scans etc.
We recommend using the original file from the phone/camera if possible, this will be above 900kb.
If you would like to go ahead with the photo regardless of quality concerns you can email the photo to info@grangeprint.com and we can increase the file size and send it back to you so you can upload it.
However, this will not improve the quality and we do recommend getting hold of a larger file if possible.
