Refunds and Returns
Grange Print operate a full and fair returns policy. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 any unused
product purchased through our site can be returned within 7 days from
the date of receipt for a 100% refund, if in its original condition and
in the original packaging.
The only exception to this is when Personalised prints, Personalised Gifts and picture mounts have been custom-made to order, in which case we are unable to accept returns or give refunds.
We will carry out an inspection of all returned prints and originals to check for signs of use (scratches etc) that would prevent us from reselling them as new. If the goods are in mint condition, a 100% refund will be issued. If payment has been received in advance we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Returning goods. All we ask is that you pay the cost of returning the goods to us via the same method we used to originally dispatch the goods to you. Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods undamaged.
Product specifications - Grangeprint makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications stated.

Our sizing is shown in inches not cm.
Images on our website and on Groupon are for demonstration purposes only and are not always scaled to size therefore it is the customers responsibility to check the size of the product they are purchasing.
ensure when creating your canvas that important parts of images are at
least 25mm from the edge of the print as these parts may get wrapped
around the frame, please note the preview is only an indicator of the
finished product and if important parts of the image are very close to
the edge it is advised that you either choose another image or select
one of or specialist edges such as mirrored or blank edge.
Grangeprint.com Ltd cannot be held responsible if important parts of the
image are lost on the wrap-around if images are too close to the edges.
Under no circumstances will we be held liablile for any issues whereby we have wrapped an image, with part or some of the important features being wrapped on the edge which you are not happy with.
By uploading your pictures and photos you confirm that you fully understand that you are stating that you have full copyright release for your photos or pictures to be printed and that Grange Print will not be held responsible for any unauthorised copyright laws.
We would also like to note that products purchased from us to resell at a profit require our permission.
We are happy to work with photographers, artists and other companies that re-sell our products to their customers but please inform us of your intentions beforehand so we can arrange a trading agreement. With this in mind we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
The quality of your photos is your own responsibility, we can only print what we are sent. We do print at 1440dpi whereas most other canvas companies print at 720dpi. If you upload a screenshot it will pass the original upload quality check due to the file size but screenshots are only copies of the devices screen and not the original photo. We advise against uploading screenshots as we cannot take responsibility for the outcome. Please note images that have been upload to social media or through an app my not be suitable as they are small file sizes. We advise that you use our collage creator rather than an app to create collages. We advise you to use the original photo off the camera or phone it was taken on.
Without a quality check, goods go straight to print and you are responsible for the quality. You will see a pop up warning box you must tick to accept responsibility of the image. If you receive a new image request and click accept you will also take responsibility for the outcome of your images.
Please note that the red eye removal can only be used on high enough quality images and only on humans not pets.
Please note we cannot offer refunds on goods after the quality check has been completed. Should you have an unsuitable image we will leave the order open as a credit to be used at a later date.
To qualify for free delivery the value of the order must meet the applicable minimum spend. If a discount/voucher code is applied to the order that decreases the total value to below the minimum required spend, you will no longer qualify for free delivery and standard delivery charges will therefore apply.
Production time is 10-14 working days from the order is placed (or from when we receive a suitable image if you have had a new image request.)
Please note quality checks are not immediate, so if you need your order sent straight to print, please ensure you use high quality images that do not require a check or contact us for advice.
We offer an expedited service for £10 at our discretion. Please note this is not available in busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, sales.
Should an item arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage to the packaging and product to email@example.com. Please allow 7 -10 working days for us to reprint your item. It is our policy to replace damaged items like for like.
Should your item be lost in transit, we will require you to sign a denial of receipt form so we can investigate this with our courier.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage on damaged/lost items.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction. If you have more than 1 code, you will need to place them as separate orders. Postage cannot be combined on offers. Groupon codes are restricted to one per customer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. On this occasion, we will refund you in full.
