Please note our team are on hand to help during office hours Mon- Fri 9-5pm.  Emails are NOT answered outside of these hours.

Please note during busy periods such as in the run up to Christmas please allow up to 14 working days.

Status updates : 'Processing' - Your order is being printed.  No further updates will occur until 'shipped' when your order is despatched.  Courier orders can expect delivery the following working day with UK Mail.  Please allow up to 10 working days for Economy Delivery.  Please note there is no tracking on economy delivery.  We always recommend our next day courier service which is insured and trackable.

New Image Request : Please follow the link in the email you have received.  Please click 'edit order' and amend your photos.  Please click 'add to cart'.  We will then have the updated version which will be checked by our designer.

Damaged items : in the rare event your item is damaged in transit please email photos during office hours so we can rectify.

Canvas design : There is no function to remove images from your library.  However if you click on the photo on your canvas you will see buttons to remove a photo, crop or add text.  if you have problems uploading images etc please check you are not using screenshots.  We always recommend you use Google Chrome as your web browser.
