My voucher code is not working

If there is a problem with the voucher code you may receive one of the following messages:

Voucher is invalid: 
If you receive this message then the code has been entered incorrectly. Please take care entering in the characters as sometimes they can get mixed up e.g O's and 0's, S's and 5's and i's and 1's.
A code will also be invalid if there are any spaces entered, please check before and after the characters to make sure there are no spaces especially if you are copy and pasting the code.
If the code is a Groupon voucher then please make sure you are entering the correct code, we need the Groupon code first and might request the security code at the basket stage, we do not need your reference code.

Voucher has expired:
You must redeem your voucher before the expiry date stated on your Groupon voucher. If you believe this message is appearing even though the voucher is in date then please contact us and email over the Groupon code (info@grangeprint.com)

No matching products:
If you are receiving this error message at the basket stage then it means you have the wrong product in your basket. Groupon vouchers have all been set up for specific sizes and products, please go to the voucher page and enter your code in here, it will then show you the products that your code is valid for.
