How long does delivery take?

We offer different methods for different products depending on size, weight and quantity, below is how long delivery takes after the order is shipped. See here for processing times.

My Hermes Next Day : Next day courier service Monday to Saturday.

Once you have received your shipped notification you should expect delivery the next working day and on some occasions on Saturday.

You may receive an update from My Hermes with tracking by either text or email providing further delivery updates.   

My Hermes will attempt delivery 3 times before returning to sender.  The parcel requires a signature.  Please ensure there is someone to sign for your parcel as it cannot be left without a signature.

My Hermes Economy :  48-72 hour courier service.

Royal Mail: Some smaller items are occasionally sent with  Royal Mail delivery. This is not a trackable or insured service and can take 4-10 working days.
