How long does delivery take?
We offer different methods for different products depending on size, weight and quantity, below is how long delivery takes after the order is shipped. See here for processing times.
DPD / DHL : Next day courier service Monday to Friday. (Sometimes delivery takes place on Saturdays but we cannot guarantee this)
Once you have received your shipped notification you should expect delivery the next working day.
You may receive an update from either courier with tracking by either text or email providing further delivery updates.
The parcel requires a signature. Please ensure there is someone to sign for your parcel as it cannot be left without a signature.
You can opt to leave safe / with a neighbour or at a parcel shop should you not be in for delivery.
Royal Mail: Some smaller items are occasionally sent with Royal Mail delivery. This is not a trackable or insured service and can take 4-10 working days.
We cannot guarantee a delivery date or a specific courier method, as it depends on weight, size and the date on which it is shipped.
If you are away on holiday and have placed an order please email us to let us know to hold on to your parcel until your return date.
