How long will be order take to be processed?

Orders placed with discount codes such as Groupon vouchers or email promotion codes usually take 10 working days to be processed before they are shipped but please note during busy periods please allow around 14 working days.

Please note busy periods include but are not limited to : Christmas and the surrounding months (November, December &  January), Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Father's Day, Other sales and Promotions.


CHRISTMAS NOTE: We are closed over the Christmas/New Year period, we give our staff a well deserved break from Christmas Eve until the start of January and no production takes place during this time.
So if you placed your order after our Christmas cut off date then we will be working on creating your order on our return. Our staff will be working extra hard to get all of these orders out as soon as possible.
We produce and ship in order of when the canvas was placed to make sure we are being fair to everyone and are unable to prioritise orders during this time.


Please note if you have had a new image request, our processing time begins from when we receive a suitable image.



Our processing times are a guideline and not a guarantee, we do aim to stick to them and where possible send out all canvases as soon as possible. However, if we encounter stock issues or delivery issues that are out of our control we could possibly exceed our stated times. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised goods as they are made to order but we can occasionally make rare exceptions for stock issues that mean that we exceed 14 working days, this request would need to be made before the item is shipped and approved by the director.
