Please enter your Groupon voucher code in the black box at the bottom of the page and click validate.
You may then choose from the valid products shown. Please click on the image you want e.g. landscape or portrait.
On the next page under 'customise this product' please choose the aspect ratio and size according to your voucher. You should see 'valid for voucher' when this is correct.
Please follow the screens through and design your product and 'add to cart.'
Please note if using a Groupon code it is one voucher per transaction only.
We do not combine postage on Groupon orders as all orders have to be placed separately.
1 Groupon code per customer.
During the checkout process, please enter your code under 'Use discount code". Please note Groupon codes also require the security code.
Please click 'Apply discount code'. Your discount will then be applied.
Please ensure the Groupon code is in the top box and the security code is in the bottom box.
We do not need to reference code.
Issues with codes
Please take care to type all digits correctly taking care with 0 and the letter O, 1 and I and 5 and s. Please ensure there are no spaces anywhere especially if you have cut and pasted your code.
'Voucher invalid' means the code is not typed correctly. Please check all digits and spaces and that you are using the Groupon code (not security code).
'Voucher expired'. You must redeem vouchers within the date on your voucher.
'No matching products' . You have the wrong product in your basket which is not linked to your code. Please check you have the collage/single image product in the basket in the correct size. If not, please delete and start by entering your code on the voucher page and clicking on the valid product only. Please ensure you have the size stated on your voucher. Please change the 'aspect ratio' if needed to the correct portrait, landscape, square etc. You should see 'valid for voucher' next to the aspect ratio or the size.
If you still have issues redeeming your code please forward the Groupon PDF voucher containing the codes to us at email@example.com during office hours.
I want a refund on my voucher
Please contact Groupon- we cannot process refunds as we are not the merchant.
I cannot find my code
This will be on the voucher emailed by Groupon or in the app or My Groupon. Please contact them for assistance if you cannot locate it.
I have charges I don't recognise at checkout?
Please check you have not selected any optional extras. Refer to the advice on our Design page on how to remove.
Please note you may only use 1 Groupon voucher per transaction. If you wish to add canvases to your Groupon order you wil be charged for the additional canvases at a discounted rate as shown in the pop up box.
If you have more than 1 code please place orders as individual orders. Postage is charged on each order as these all go to print at different times.
