- Your photos are stored in object based storage that we control. The directories are anonymised to prevent browsing.
- Your photos are stored for up to a week if you upload and don't subsequently order.
- Your photos are stored for 6 months if you upload and then order to allow us to edit, or reprint your order.
- If you use the Facebook plugin, only those photos you choose to use in our products will be transferred to our storage.
- We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order
- When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
- Your IP address is stored in logs and against orders to help us to solve technical issues and prevent fraud
- We use Google Analytics to assess which content is popular on our site and which devices are being used.
